Quick Black Bean Avocado Dip
Black Bean Avocado Wrap or Dip

1 can Organic Black Beans, drained
1 large Avocado, peeled, pitted & mashed
1 Handful Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/2 cup Mild Salsa
1 tbsp Lime Juice or 2 drops lime essential oil
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
6-8 Lettuce leaves (Boston, Romain or Bib)
OR Gluten free Wrap of your choosing (I like Siete Almond Flour tortillas) or Organic Tortilla chips to dip.
In a bowl, mash all the ingredients together with a fork until well blended. Stir and taste. Add more lime juice, salsa, cumin or add salt to taste. Place mixture in lettuce leaves, wrap or use as a dip. Store in glass container and refrigerate for up to a week.
Notes Note: You can add vegan cheese (Violife cheddar shreds are my love!), sliced tomatoes, olives, organic sour cream (if dairy isn’t an issue) or my fav Cleveland Classic Caraway Kraut on top! Delish on a hot summer day or any day you don’t want to cook!
