Nearly 20 years, working with over 10,000 individuals, I have a deep love for people and a passion for the human body!
My love for the human body began when I got my first Operation game. I wanted to help people and as God guided my path, I did exactly that! Not in a traditional way as an MD as I had originally planned but as a bodyworker, functional nutritionist, gardener and holisitic health professional.
As you get to know me, I will probably hug you, rub oils on you, make you tea or something healthy to eat and pray for you!
I believe we all deeply need touch, food that is alive that brings health, meaningful relationships and deep faith to guide us and connect us.
Empowered Health is my platform to teach you how to better care for Your Dynamic Body and make it a more vibrant one - Not through modern medicine but through natural living!

Massage BIO
After attending, CSN and UNLV, I graduated from the Nevada School of Massage Therapy in 2003 and began working as a massage therapist at the Four Seasons Hotel. Here, I learned a great deal about professionalism and integrity in the work place and how to provide exceptional customer service. I later opened the Wynn Hotel and served as the Lead Massage Therapist and Spa Trainer. I decided to step out and start my own practice a few years later and have been enjoying that journey to this day! I specialize in Cranial Sacral Therapy & Somatoemotional Release and my experience over the past years have provided relief to those suffering from severe accidents, injury and trauma (both emotional and physical) while addressing the needs of those with learning disabilities, headaches, cancer and chronic pain. I enjoy the freedom of private practice. After completing my internship with the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, I earned my license in Manual Lymph Drainage and serve clients with lymphedema and chronic swelling including post-surgical and cancer patients. I am certified as a Kinesiotaping practitioner and have held many teaching positions over the past 16years. (NV School of Massage Therapy, Upledger Institute, College of Southern Nevada & doTerra International). I recently finished my Functional Nutrition Training with Andrea Nakayama at the Functional Nutrition Alliance.
