Mix your white and brown sugar in a bowl with your pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon until blended.
Warm your coconut oil in a small saucepan until just melted and stir in your vanilla extract. Pour your liquid in with your sugar mixture and mix until well blended. It will smell Ahhhhmazing!!
