A Refreshing Cleanse

One of my favorite ways to love my body is to feed it healthy life giving food! To make it even easier, I blend!! If you don't have a VitaMix, I highly recommend getting one. Like tools in the garage, this is a tool I use every single day!


One favorite is to blend:

Fresh Ginger root (peeled and chopped); Fresh pineapple (or frozen), 1 pear, and some fresh mint leaves with ice!! YUMMMMM!!!


We also like to enjoy this great detoxer:

One half lemon (keep the peel), a drop of liquid cayenne and two drops liquid stevia (optional), fresh parsley, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 apple, and a dropper full of dandelion tincture! You can add 1/2 orange with peel as well if you'd like. Additionally, we sometimes add fresh ginger or 1 drop ginger essential oil and a drop of lemon essential oil. (Again optional)
