Start the New Year off with a delicious Shake!
Blend Together the following:
1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk or Cashew Milk
1 scoop Vanilla Trim Shake protein powder
1/4 cup Coconut Flakes
1 small banana
2-3 drops Metabolic Essential Oil Blend
1/2 tsp - 1 tsp ground cinnamon to taste
OMG - So Yummy - you will want to double it!
