Cinnamon Peanut Butter Energy Balls!


Energy Balls Recipe

-1 cup rolled oats

-½ cup organic peanut butter (no sugars added)

-1/3 cup organic honey

-1 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened (if you don’t like the chunks of coconut flakes, you can grind them to powder in a coffee grinder)

-½ cup ground flaxseed

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-2 drops Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  • Roll into teaspoon sized balls.

  • Eat them up!

The recipe above makes 34 mini-balls at only 72 calories each!
